From leading&nbsp;a team of auditors&nbsp;and&nbsp;inspectors&nbsp;to analyzing data and implementing improvements,&nbsp;you’ll&nbsp;have the freedom to make your mark on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.&nbsp;  </p><p>Plus, you&nbsp;won’t&nbsp;be doing it alone.&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;work alongside supportive leadership and a fantastic team&nbsp;who’ll&nbsp;back you every step of the way.&nbsp;  </p><p><strong>What&nbsp;you'll&nbsp;do</strong>&nbsp;  </p><ul>  <li>Monitor      and ensure the airline's adherence to FAA regulations, company manuals,      and industry best practices.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Act      as the primary liaison with the FAA and other regulatory authorities,      preparing and&nbsp;submitting&nbsp;required documentation, including Air      Operator Certificate (AOC) renewals.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Maintain&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;and      up-to-date records of audits, inspections, CASS reviews, maintenance      activities, and corrective actions for regulatory review.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Prepare      detailed audit reports and recommendations for submission to senior      leadership.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Collaborate      with operational departments to coordinate audit schedules and address      compliance concerns.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Provide      guidance and training to staff on quality, compliance standards, and      records management to foster a culture of safety and accountability.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Analyze      audit, operational, and CASS data to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;trends, risks, and      opportunities for improvement.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Propose      and implement initiatives to enhance compliance, safety, and operational      efficiency.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Ensure      proper&nbsp;records&nbsp;retention,&nbsp;organization, and retrieval      processes&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;FAA regulations and company      policies.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Conduct      periodic audits of records systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and      compliance.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Collaborate      with relevant departments to streamline records management and reduce      redundancies.&nbsp; </li></ul><p><strong>What&nbsp;you'll&nbsp;need</strong>&nbsp;  </p><ul>  <li>Education:      Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, engineering, or&nbsp;a      related&nbsp;field.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Experience:      Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance, compliance, or a related position      within a Part 121 airline environment, including CASS oversight and      records management.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Regulatory      Knowledge: Extensive understanding of 14 CFR Part 121, FAA regulations,      and applicable industry standards.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Certifications:      Certifications in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) or auditing      (e.g., AS9100) are preferred.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Skills:      Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Proficient      in using Trax, ideally&nbsp;eMRO&nbsp;and&nbsp;eMobility.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Excellent      written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and      stakeholder engagement.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Proficiency&nbsp;in      quality management software and tools, including those specific to CASS      and records management.&nbsp; </li></ul><ul>  <li>Attributes:      Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to fostering a culture of safety      and compliance.&nbsp; </li></ul><p><strong>About the company</strong>&nbsp;  </p><p>Magnifica Air is a new luxury airline concept, serving private and exclusive passengers.
